Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and SANCIAN LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites — including sancian.ai, sancian.com, and all associated subdomains — as well as any services, applications, or content provided through them (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our websites.
Applications and Submissions
Job Applications
By submitting an application through our websites for employment, contract, or consulting positions, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete
- You have the legal right to work in the applicable jurisdiction
- You understand that submission does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of consideration
Teaming Partner Inquiries
By submitting a teaming partner inquiry, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to represent the business entity on whose behalf you are inquiring
- All certifications and set-aside designations claimed are current, valid, and verifiable
- You understand that submission does not constitute a binding teaming agreement
Non-Disclosure Acknowledgment
By checking the Non-Disclosure Agreement box on any application or inquiry form, you acknowledge and agree that any proprietary information disclosed to you during the application or evaluation process is confidential and shall not be shared, reproduced, or used for any purpose other than your engagement with SANCIAN LLC.
Non-Compete / Non-Solicitation Acknowledgment
By checking the Non-Compete / Non-Solicitation Agreement box on any application or inquiry form, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you will not directly compete with SANCIAN LLC using proprietary information obtained through the application process, nor solicit SANCIAN LLC employees, contractors, or clients for competing purposes during and for a reasonable period following your engagement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Changes to Terms
